Job Description --------------- **Organisational Change Management Lead – ANZ Business Transformation** **About the opportunity** We’re embarking on a major ANZ business transformation, reshaping the way our teams work, our processes operate and how we enable our business for the future. As the Organisational Change Management Lead, you’ll play a pivotal role in making this transformation successful. Working alongside senior leaders and business teams across ANZ, you’ll lead the people and change agenda for a major transformation program, ensuring our organisation is ready to adopt new processes, ways of working and capabilities. While SAP S/4HANA is an important enabler of the transformation, this is fundamentally a business change role, not an IT role. **What you’ll do** * Lead the organisational change strategy across a major ANZ transformation program. * Partner with senior leaders and business stakeholders to build alignment, engagement and ownership. * Identify business and people impacts and translate them into practical change and readiness plans. * Lead communications, engagement, training and adoption activities across impacted teams. * Build change capability and networks across the organisation to support sustainable adoption. * Work closely with program and business leaders to identify and manage readiness risks and barriers. * Track and communicate change progress, priorities and risks to program leadership. **What you’ll bring** * Experience leading organisational change, business transformation or large-scale implementation programs. * Strong understanding of business processes, operating models and the impact of change on people and teams. * Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders and diverse stakeholder groups. * Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills. * Experience translating complex business change into practical plans for communication, readiness, training and adoption. * A pragmatic, collaborative approach and the ability to operate confidently in a complex, matrixed environment. * Experience with SAP, ERP or other large-scale technology-enabled transformations is highly regarded, but we’re more interested in your business transformation and change capability. **Why this role?** This is an opportunity to play a key role in one of our major ANZ transformation initiatives — influencing how our people work, how our processes operate and how the business is enabled for the future.
