Paf Operator

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities:**      * Inspect parts visually for defects. * Uses Ohm ensuring collars meet quality standards. * Trims parts as needed. * Keeps a clean work area. * Reports all product and machine problems to Technicians or Lead. * Reports parts that may need to be scrapped to the Lead or QC Technician for confirmation. * Other duties as assigned. _Required Skills/Abilities:_ ---------------------------- * Ability to read and follow specifications as required to mold required part(s). * Ability of read and write English. * Ability to work with minimum direction. * Ability to identify different materials and products. _Education and Experience:_ --------------------------- * High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. * Experience working in fast pace, high change environment. _Working Conditions / Physical Requirements:_ --------------------------------------------- * Exposure to machine noise. * Typical office/factory environment with possibility of exposure to heat in production area. * Working conditions are normal for a high-volume manufacturing environment. * Work may involve lifting of materials and product up to 50 pounds and working in and around heavy equipment. * Working in this environment requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to, eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, and work boots. * This role may require walking in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
