Part & Service Specialist

Support parts and service department in daily activities resulting in the timely/accurate processing, collection, and delivery of orders. ### **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** * Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness * Handle shipping, receiving, and deliveries * Create, develop, and close orders * Provide quotations to customers * Provide manuals and drawings as needed * Assist the Accounts Receivable (AR) team with customer collections as needed * Maintain accurate paperwork and documentation * Enter all required information and documentation into the company ERP system * Request pricing from vendors and create purchase orders for required materials * Track material deliveries and expedite orders as needed * Initiate the RMA process for materials being returned for warranty or credit ### **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * High School Diploma or GED * Two years of related experience and/or training * Industry-related product knowledge * Detail-oriented * ERP system experience preferred * Experience with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office software * Strong understanding of inventory, orders, returns, and other core business operations * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal * Thorough understanding of company safety, environmental, and operational practices * Ability to safely lift materials of various weights regularly * Strong team player ### **BENEFITS** * Competitive salary plus bonus * 401(k)/retirement savings plan * Comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage * Career growth opportunities * Friendly work environment * Paid vacation and holidays
