To learn more, visit **lnw.com.** We are looking for an experienced and technically strong **Partner Enablement Manager (Senior Integrations Engineer level)** to join our EU integrations team, based in Greece. You will take ownership of complex integration projects with leading game providers and online casino operators, playing a key role in driving delivery quality and setting the standard for how integrations are executed in the region. This is a senior, customer-facing role that demands both deep technical capability and the interpersonal confidence to lead technical engagements independently. You will act as a subject matter expert within the team, contribute to process improvement, and provide mentorship to less experienced engineers. **Responsibilities:** * Lead end-to-end integration projects with external game providers and casino operators from scoping through to go-live * Own customer relationships during integration projects, serving as the primary technical point of contact * Facilitate and lead technical workshops on integrating with the LnW Digital OGS platform * Review and challenge business and technical requirements for integration projects * Liaise with internal stakeholders (product, engineering, delivery, compliance) to resolve blockers and manage scope * Drive analysis, testing and troubleshooting of integrated systems, including complex or escalated issues * Provide 2nd level technical support and contribute to the resolution of integration incidents * Identify systemic process gaps and take initiative to propose and implement improvements * Contribute to team documentation, runbooks and knowledge sharing * Support and mentor junior engineers in the team **Qualifications** **The candidate must-haves:** * Proven experience in a systems integration or technical implementation role, ideally in a B2B or platform environment * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — able to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical audiences * Demonstrated ability to lead technical conversations and drive decisions with customers and partners * Strong analysis and problem-solving skills, with a track record of resolving complex integration issues * Solid understanding of HTTP, REST APIs and web-based system architecture * Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix environments * Good working knowledge of at least one Object-Oriented programming language * Experience with integration testing, debugging tools and web inspection (e.g. browser dev tools, Postman) * Comfortable working independently and managing multiple concurrent integration workstreams **Nice to have:** * Experience in the online gaming or iGaming industry (knowledge of provider/operator ecosystem a strong plus) * Experience with gaming platform APIs * Familiarity with regulatory requirements across EU gaming markets * Experience with distributed systems or SaaS platform integrations * Knowledge of version control systems and basic CI/CD practices * Technical project management experience **Additional Information** **Why would you enjoy working with us at Light & Wonder?** * Competitive benefits, an open and supportive environment as well as a modern and exciting workplace. * The opportunity to interact with global teams on a regular basis and the possibility to switch teams and projects as you and our business continues to develop and grow. * Exciting projects with opportunities for creating positive change to our game engineering ecosystem.
