Our Treatment Team includes experienced Rehabilitation Nurses providing **24/7 patient-centered care** in an exceptional work environment. 🔍 **Overview** Under the direction of an RN or LPN, assists with individualized patient care to help each patient achieve their highest level of wellness. 🛠️ **Job Duties** 🚀 **Growth Opportunity** • Advancement through career ladder to **Patient Care Technician (PCT)** and beyond 👩‍⚕️ **Patient Care Associate (PCA) Responsibilities:** • 📊 Obtain and document vital signs in the electronic medical record • 🛏️ Assist with meals, bathing, toileting, ambulation, mobility, and transport • 🗂️ Provide clerical support as needed 👨‍⚕️ **Patient Care Technician (PCT) Responsibilities:** • All PCA duties • 💉 Phlebotomy / blood cultures • 🍼 Enteral feeding • 🩹 Wound care • 🧪 IV / Foley removal • 🫁 Trach care and suctioning 🎓 **Training** • Our PCA training program is an **accredited Department of Labor Apprenticeship Program** offering hands-on experience in a supportive healthcare environment • No experience?
