**Job Description Summary** ‎  Patient Care Specialist – Full-Time Millennium Physician Group – Naples, FL Location: 6635 Hillway Circle, Suite 400, Naples, FL Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay Range: $20–$22/hour Experience Required: Minimum 2 years Specialty Preferred: Family Practice Bilingual in Spanish required Position Summary Millennium Physician Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Specialist to join our growing team in Naples, FL. This role is essential in ensuring patients receive exceptional service and support throughout their visit. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrates excellent reliability, and excels at multitasking. ‎  **How will you make an impact & Requirements** ‎  **Key Responsibilities** * **Patient intake** — Greet patients, verify insurance, update records, and prepare charts * **Scheduling coordination** — Manage appointments, follow‑ups, and provider calendars * **Clinical support** — Assist with vitals, rooming patients, and preparing exam rooms * **Documentation accuracy** — Maintain detailed and compliant patient records * **Patient communication** — Answer phones, relay messages, and support patient needs * **Office reliability** — Maintain consistent attendance and support additional office locations as needed ### **Required Qualifications** * **Two years of medical office experience** in a clinical or patient‑facing role * Strong **multi‑tasking skills** and ability to prioritize * Excellent reliability, professionalism, and communication skills * Ability to float to other Millennium Physician Group offices when needed * Bilingual (Spanish/English or Creole/English) ### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in **family practice** * Bilingual (Spanish/English or Creole/English) ### **What We Value** We’re looking for a patient‑focused professional who brings positivity, organization, and teamwork to every interaction.
