Position Overview We are seeking a friendly, professional Patient Care Specialist to support our busy primary care office with 25 providers. This is a fast‑paced, high‑volume clinic, and we’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys helping patients feel welcomed and supported. ‎  **How will you make an impact & Requirements** ‎  **Primary Responsibilities** ---------------------------- * **Check patients in and out** with accuracy and professionalism * **Verify insurance** and update patient records * **Collect co‑payments** and process transactions * **Schedule appointments** and manage patient flow * Handle **medical records requests** * Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive patient experience * Support general front office operations as needed **What We’re Looking For** -------------------------- * **1–2 years of front‑facing customer service experience** * **Healthcare front office experience required** * Ability to work in a **fast‑paced, high‑volume** environment * Strong communication and organizational skills * Pleasant, professional demeanor * Basic computer proficiency * **Spanish speaking is a plus**, but not required * Athena EMR experience is a plus **Benefits** ------------ * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) * **7 paid holidays** * Paid Time Off (PTO)
