Works under the direction of clinical staff. **Job Description** Provides continuous supervision for patients who are at risk for falls, pulling at lines, are mildly confused or impulsive. Communicates patient care needs to nursing staff. **Qualifications** High school graduation or General Education Diploma (GED) required.
