This role maintains a strong controls orientation, proactively identifies compliance risk, and partners with HR leadership to strengthen the accuracy and integrity of payroll operations. ### Qualifications ### Required Skills/Experience: * Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or additional 4 years of related experience in lieu of degree, required. * A minimum of three years of payroll processing experience, including multi-state payroll, with an enterprise HRIS platform required; Dayforce (Ceridian) experience strongly preferred. * Strong working knowledge of federal and state wage and hour laws, payroll tax regulations, and compliance required. * Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred. ### Physical Demands: * Must be able to sit for extended periods of time. * Must be able to read, write, speak and type English. * Must be able to hear and use a telephone. * Use of computer requires repetitive keystrokes. ### Work Environment: * This role is fully remote, with the option to work from our HQ or retail locations. * As part of your role, you will occasionally travel between Grow locations within the Tampa Bay area. * **Qualified candidates must live in the Tampa Bay area**. _Apply online now!_ An Equal Opportunity Employer Minorities/Females/Veteran/Disabled Originally posted on [Himalayas](https://himalayas.app)
