Candidate is expected to perform the appeal process of Renewal of Certificate (ROC) which includes processing ROC appeals submission from agency force which involves compilation of appeals, segmentation of appeals, validation of appeal details and extraction of certificates components. Upon completion of the process, to formulate batch of worksheet of appeal cases for ROC Appeal Committee deliberation and subsequently to the Appointed Actuary for approval. Attend in bound email correspondence from agents, sales team and relevant departments pertaining to ROC matters; which includes updating agents on ROC enquiries, inter-channel business ROC and appeal status updates.
