PE Manager Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities Are: ----------------------------------------- * Ensure all new projects going smoothly in mechanical parts; * To fully support sustaining projects/sustaining team in plants for hot issues problem solving; * Training and coaching PE team. * Supervise PE managers’ daily work and give them direction/proposal * Participate Global PE workshop and meeting, can transfer local issues/topic to global and transfer global direction points to local team. * Organize or lead global assignment or  issues problem solving. * Generate PE 3-5 years’ development strategies. * Optimization PE organization. * Build up PE team development plan. * Optimization and standardization of PE working procedure. * Optimization and standardization PE related IATF16949 working procedure and documentation. What Do We Expect From You: --------------------------- * Mechanical background, Mechanical engineering Bachelor or Master degree is required; * With at least 10years working experience in automotive field; * With at least 5 production design experience * With at least 2 years’ department manager experience; * English skill is required. * Good at communication skills. * Good at reporting skills. **What can you expect from us?**  * Mobile Allowance. * Physical examination. * Commercial insurance. * Training/ Employees activities. * Annual Leave.
