For Pediatric specialties, this range reflects a realistic, achievable earnings model based on clinical productivity. The range ($240,688 – $325,000) represents the overall potential earning structure for this role based on productivity. * Target Base Salary: $240,688 * Productivity Potential: Total annual compensation can reach up to $325,000 through wRVU incentive earnings. **JOB DESCRIPTION:** Evaluate, diagnose, treat, provide consultation and care to pediatric patients presenting with general medical problems and chronic medical conditions. **_EDUCATION_** Graduate of an accredited medical school.  Maintains appropriate Continuing Medical Education credits per Washington State and OMC Medical Staff requirements. **_EXPERIENCE_** Two or more years of pediatric medicine experience preferred. **_LICENSURE/CREDENTIALS_** * Board certified by the applicable ABMS Board or active participant in the examination process leading to certification in Pediatrics and area of sub-specialty (if any).
