As we launch a state‑of‑the‑art greenfield beverage concentrate plant in Tlaxcala, this is a unique opportunity to help shape our culture and workforce from the ground up. The People and Culture Manager will play a pivotal role in building the foundation for this new location. This role brings together HR expertise, business partnership, and a growth mindset to enable a distinctive employee experience that reflects the Coca‑Cola values while ensuring operational readiness. You will collaborate with plant leadership to design structures, establish talent strategies, and foster a high‑performing, inclusive environment. As part of the start-up phase, the selected candidate will be expected to be based at the new plant prior to the official start date. Relocation support will be provided as needed. **What You’ll Do for Us** ========================= * Partner with plant leadership to shape organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategies aligned to greenfield start‑up and future growth needs. * Lead initiatives that embed Coca‑Cola’s purpose and values into daily practices, ensuring strong cultural adoption through onboarding and engagement programs. * Activate talent development approaches including knowledge transfer from existing sites, targeted capability building, and agile training programs to enable operational excellence. * Implement core People & Culture programs encompassing recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement while aligning with corporate frameworks and local regulations. * Develop proactive strategies for positive employee relations and labor stability, including managing union‑related scenarios in a fair and compliance‑oriented manner. * Translate HR data and analytics into actionable insights for climate, engagement, and workforce trends to support informed, agile decision‑making. * Ensure operational compliance with labor legislation, company policies, risk mitigation plans, and community relations efforts in collaboration with PACS. * Drive sustainability and forward‑looking practices across talent strategies by leveraging digital tools and automation to optimize HR processes. **Requirements & Qualifications** ================================= * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial Relations, or related field; equivalent experience will be considered. * 8+ years of progressive HR experience with a strong background in manufacturing or industrial environments. * Demonstrated ability to enable cultural transformation and change management in complex settings. * Proven experience with talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance systems, and employee engagement strategies. * Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law and labor relations practices including union frameworks. * Ability to leverage data analytics, reporting platforms, and digital HR tools to drive decisions and enhance organizational capability. * Fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English. * Agile mindset with comfort in dynamic, start‑up environments; excellent interpersonal and business partnership skills. **What We’ll Do for You** ========================= * Provide a unique opportunity to build cultural and organizational foundations for a new manufacturing site that is central to Coca‑Cola’s regional strategy. * Enable growth through exposure to scalable HR practices and innovative digital tools that redefine People & Culture in industrial operations. * Offer a platform for impactful learning and career advancement within a global system recognized for its commitment to purpose, inclusion, and continuous improvement. * Create an environment that empowers experimentation and collaboration to deliver sustainable business and talent outcomes. **Skills:** **Location(s):** Mexico **City/Cities:** Huamantla **Travel Required:** 00% - 25% **Relocation Provided:** No **Job Posting End Date:** August 3, 2026 **Our Purpose and Growth Culture:** We are taking deliberate action to nurture an inclusive culture that is grounded in our company purpose, to refresh the world and make a difference.
