Performance Agreements Manager

As a **_Performance Agreements Manager_** at Valmet, you will be responsible for overseeing assigned customer accounts and ensuring that service performance is carried out according to the agreement scope and to the customer’s complete satisfaction.  On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for working with customer and Valmet organizations to improve customer’s performance and reliability of their equipment, processes, and personnel. **Your main tasks and responsibilities include:** Life cycle services and step-by-step improvement programs designed to improve and maintain the customer’s competitiveness and profitability throughout the mill operations.
