Performance Analysis Officer

**About the Role** This position supports the financial **performance analysis** and reporting functions of the RHBIB Group. The role plays a key part in delivering accurate, timely, and insightful financial information to senior management, the Board, and external stakeholders. **What You Will Be Doing** * Assist in analysing the financial performance of the RHBIB Group for senior management, Board committees, and external financial statement users. * Support and coordinate the Group’s budgeting and forecasting processes. * Prepare performance analysis materials for periodic reporting to Senior Management and the Board, including: * IBBC and GMC reports * Board reports * Departmental financial statements * Coordinate the budgeting and forecasting cycle, including: * Scheduling and managing meetings * Tracking deliverables and progress * Handling budget top-ups and reallocations * Oversee all financial reporting requirements for selected RHBIB Group subsidiaries * Support any ad‑hoc tasks or requests from superiors **What We’re Looking For** * Professional qualification or a degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or related fields * Pleasant personality with strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision * Strong team player who collaborates effectively with others **What we offer** At RHB Banking Group, we foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that empowers employees to reach their full potential.
