**What You'll Be Doing**
* Identify and prioritize high-impact performance improvement opportunities across Ready-Mix operations
* Translate field observations and operational data into clear, actionable improvement plans
* Drive initiatives that improve productivity, cost efficiency, service reliability, and operational performance
* Partner with regional and operational leadership to elevate performance management practices and accountability
* Lead root cause analysis and connect results to operational drivers for sustainable improvement
* Champion standardized processes and reinforce disciplined execution across production, dispatch, and logistics
* Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, constructively challenging assumptions and raising performance expectations
* Align operational priorities with cross-functional teams to implement practical, scalable solutions
* Support integration and adoption of tools, technologies, and initiatives that enhance operational performance
**What Are We Looking For**
* Bachelorโs degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, Construction Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent operational and business experience will also be considered
* 5+ years of experience in ready-mix operations or related field-based operational roles
* Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and operate effectively across both field environments and leadership settings
* Exposure to performance management, continuous improvement, process discipline, or transformation initiatives
* Demonstrated ability to influence teams and drive change without direct authority
* Strong operational and business acumen with the ability to link operational drivers to business outcomes
Strong preference for candidates located in or willing to relocate to the DFW area; however, we are also open to candidates based in the Atlanta or Houston metro areas.
**Work Environment**
This role operates in a combination of office and plant environments, with periodic travel to plant locations. The position may require time in production areas, following all safety protocols and standards. metro areas.
