You get to write the playbook for the brand. You set the direction for how this company acquires customers, own Meta hands-on for the US market, and are accountable for growth outcomes, not just ad metrics. What you build here becomes the acquisition engine for every brand we launch after. Key Responsibilities: 1\. Manage Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end for US audiences, including campaign architecture, audience strategy, budgets, bidding, and scaling decisions. 2\. Research and implement effective paid social strategies, including UGC, video formats, hooks, and creator content, with structured creative testing and clear criteria for scaling or discontinuing campaigns. 3\. Create and optimize basic ad creatives using Canva and similar tools, including quick edits, resizing, and creative variations. 4\. Use AI tools for creative generation, copy testing, performance analysis, and workflow automation while maintaining quality and efficiency. 5\. Manage the full marketing funnel by identifying and resolving issues related to landing pages, offers, tracking, pixels, and campaign performance. 6\.
