Key Responsibilities:
1\. Own the complete paid marketing strategy and execution
2\. Plan, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max), and LinkedIn Ads as required
3\. Generate high-quality leads while maintaining target CPL and CAC

1\. have minimum 1 years of experience
### Other requirements
1\. 4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
2\. Proven experience managing monthly ad spends of Rs 10 lakh+ (preferred)
3\. Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
4\. Excellent understanding of attribution, tracking, pixels, GTM, and GA4
5\. Experience with lead generation businesses or EdTech is a plus
6\. Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
7\. Ability to manage agencies, freelancers, and in-house teams
