Job Summary\*\* As a Personal Financial Consultant at RHB Bank Berhad, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial advice and solutions to individual clients, helping them achieve their financial goals through a range of banking and investment products. Job Responsibilities\*\* \* Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual clients, understanding their financial needs and aspirations. \* Conduct thorough financial needs analysis to identify suitable banking, investment, insurance, and lending products. \* Present and explain complex financial products and services clearly and concisely to clients. \* Provide personalized financial planning advice, including retirement planning, wealth management, and investment strategies. \* Monitor client portfolios and provide regular updates and recommendations based on market conditions and client objectives. \* Ensure compliance with all internal policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements. \* Actively participate in sales campaigns and initiatives to achieve individual and team sales targets. \* Collaborate with other departments within RHB Bank to offer integrated financial solutions to clients. \* Keep abreast of market trends, economic developments, and new product offerings to effectively advise clients. Job Qualifications\*\* \* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. \* Proven experience in financial advisory, sales, or banking, preferably within a retail banking environment. \* Strong understanding of various financial products including deposits, loans, investments (unit trusts, bonds, equities), and insurance. \* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. \* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. \* Ability to build rapport and trust with clients. \* Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets. \* Relevant industry certifications (e.g., FIMM, PCE, CUTE, TBE) are a significant advantage. \* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
