Pest and Disease Asistant

**Job Description Summary:** ### Ensure Pest & Disease census runs on time and correctly. **Job Description:** ==================== *  Communicate and coordinate trial related works (permit, location, equipment, worker etc) for both intra and extra department or division. * Plan strategy and prepare budget for research related to pest, disease and weed. * Communicate research results to other proffesionals or the public or teach for both internal or external in courses, seminars or workshop. * Conduct experiment to develop new or improved varieties, focusing on pest and disease resistance. * Develop new or improved methods by using newest technology or products and innovative approach for controlling pest, disease and weed and reducing pesticide usage. * Provide information or recommendations to operational and smallholder farmers to avoid or correct problem cause by pest, disease or weed. * Develop environmentally safe method or products for controlling pest, disease or weed. **Job Requirements:** ===================== * Has working experience in pest and disease control in oil palm plantation * Critical technical, professional and personal capabilities * Excellent analytical and people skills * Strong oral and written communication skills * Placement in South Sumatera * Full-Time position(s) available. **"Our company has never levied any fees for the recruitment process nor has it required to order tickets and accommodation through a certain travel agent or certain person"**
