**Summary** **Job Description:** **Baptist Health Medical Oncology - LaGrange Infusion Pharmacy Services** **Southern Indiana/Louisville/LaGrange area** **Pharmacist PRN** **Job Summary:** Responsible for supervising and performing all pharmacy operations in accordance with accredited hospital policies and procedures, ethical and professional practices, The ACHC, and State and Federal requirements. **Requirements:** Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy with Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
