Pharmacy Technician - Neilstown

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a **Pharmacy Technician** to join the team in our **Hickeys Neilstown Pharmacy.** This is an 24**\-hour specific purpose contract** position with the stores opening hours operating between **9a.m. to  6p.m. Monday to Saturday and closed on Sunday.** The team currently comprises a **Supervising Pharmacist, a Retail Store Manager, 3 Technicians, and 1 Sales Assistant.** This store has **manageable items and services.** **We can offer you:** * Competitive Hourly rates * Great Colleague Discount * Bike to work scheme * Uniform provided **The responsibilities of the role** * Be accurate with excellent attention to detail. * To prepare and dispense medicinal products under the supervision of the Pharmacist in a caring and professional manner. * Controlling stock levels and ordering medicines as determined by store requirements. * Preparation of blister packs and processing and tracking claims. * Reporting to and supporting the Pharmacist in a busy dispensary. **Requirements:** * Experience working in a busy dispensary is an advantage, but newly qualified technicians are welcome to apply. * Experience with McLernons MPS (an advantage). * IPU Pharmacy Technician course or Higher Certificate in Pharmacy Technician Studies an advantage _**I******f** you would be interested in being considered for current or future vacancies within a Dispensary role, please apply or declare your interest to our Talent Acquisition Specialist Danielle Gillen at [email protected]** #Hickeys_
