Provides age-appropriate education for clients and caregivers. Supervise and assume responsibility for care provided by identified team members **Education** ============= * Bachelor's Degree (Required) * Master's Degree (Preferred) * Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy **Certification/Licensure** =========================== * Physical Therapy License (Required) **Experience** ============== * Performs modalities/therapeutic interventions in accordance with accepted standards of care and department policies and procedures. * Provides effective instruction to the patient and family through standardized educational programs and/or individualized training. * Initiate, develop, and maintain collaborative interactions with internal and external team members, patients, and family members to improve patient outcomes. Productive and efficient in daily operations. * Selects and performs the appropriate assessment procedures.
