About the Opportunity
AnthroMed Education is partnering with a school district in DeKalb, IL to welcome a full-time Physical Therapist for the remainder of the 2026–2027 school year. This district-wide opportunity allows you to work with students across grades K–12 while collaborating with educators, service providers, and families to support meaningful student outcomes.
What You’ll Do
• Provide physical therapy services to students across K–12
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, case managers, school staff, and families
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goals and accommodations
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
• Support students with a variety of needs across grade levels
Caseload Details
• District-wide K–12 student population
• Full-time schedule of 35 hours per week
• Onsite position with opportunities to work across grade levels
• Collaborative school-based environment
Qualifications
• Active Illinois Physical Therapy License through IDFPR
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Experience working with children and/or in a school-based setting is preferred
