We’re seeking a PRN **Physical Therapist Assistant** who is passionate about delivering **high-quality, patient-centered care** and making a **meaningful difference** every day. **Location**: Holbrook Sugar Hill - 5135 West Broad Street, Sugar Hill, GA 30518 **Key Responsibilities** * Responsible for the treatment of residents with noted disorders or deficits within Physical Therapy scope of practice upon receiving physician order and completion of evaluation * Optimize the functionality and skills of patients * Completes all necessary documentation * Collaborate with supervising PT developing programs appropriate to the needs of facility residents while fulfilling PTA/PT co-signature and supervision requirements * Attend all required meetings including care planning, staff meetings, family meetings, etc. * Assist the facility in meeting the standards necessary to obtain state and federal certification while following OBRA Resident Right Guidelines * Follow facility infection control policies and procedures * Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for the role and assigned by the manager/supervisor **Qualifications** * Current or eligible Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice **What We Offer** * **Competitive compensation (Per experience $38.00 - $45.00 per hour)** * **Full benefits package** including medical, dental, vision, and **401(k) with employer match (full-time only)** * **Paid onboarding and orientation** * **CEU allowance** and **licensure reimbursement (full-time only)** * **Clinical mentorship** and **preceptorship program** * **Employee referral bonus program** * **Quick pay options** **Diversity & Inclusion** TransPerfect Health is committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and supportive workplace.
