Benefits * Competitive compensation starting at $60-$65/hour DOE * Sign-on bonus opportunities * Medical, dental, and vision insurance for eligible full-time employees * 401(k) retirement plan * Paid Time Off (PTO) * Performance incentives and bonus opportunities * Continuing education and professional development * Supportive and collaborative work environment Key Responsibilities * Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans. * Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders and care plans. * Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) in compliance with state practice regulations. * Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate and optimize patient care. * Participate in care conferences, rehabilitation meetings, and utilization reviews as needed. * Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including evaluations, treatment notes, progress reports, and discharge summaries. * Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment goals, mobility strategies, safety techniques, and home exercise programs. * Assist with discharge planning and recommendations for continued care. * Recommend and coordinate appropriate durable medical equipment (DME). * Ensure a safe treatment environment by monitoring and reporting equipment maintenance needs. Qualifications * Current Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing. * Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. * Passion for delivering exceptional patient-centered care. * Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. * New graduates are encouraged to apply.
