**Summary** **Job Description:** BHMG Physical Therapy - Dutchmans Lane Patient Access Coordinator Physical Therapy Tech - Full Time Baptist Health Medical Group has repeatedly been named a “Best Place to Work” in Kentucky and we are looking for an energetic & qualified candidate to join our family. **Job Summary:** The Physical Therapy Technician works only under onsite supervision of a PT or PTA.  Will perform specific patient treatments as directed by the therapist, prepare the patient and/or treatment area, responsible for maintaining the physical order of the department, and with clerical duties as needed.  **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** * May perform other duties, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below, and specific function may change from time to time. * Transfers and positions patients appropriately. * Maintains physical order of the department. * Cleans equipment following each patient use and processes trash and linen appropriately. * Assists with the clerical duties as needed. * Responds to staff requests promptly.  * Assists other support staff in order to promote an efficient delivery of PT services. **Minimum Education, Training and Experience Required:** * High School Diploma or equivalent required.  * Completion of on the job training, including initial and annual competency training/demonstration.  * This includes successful completion and maintenance of BLS certification.   ### _If you would like to be part of a growing family focused on supporting clinical excellence, teamwork and innovation, we urge you to apply now!_ ### Baptist Health is an _Equal Employment Opportunity_ employer.
