C.W. Bill Young VA Medical Center's Diagnostic Imaging Service is seeking an experienced and dynamic Physician (Radiology/Diagnostic). You must be an excellent communicator and team player who is adaptable to the needs of a growing medical center. This position is located in Cape Coral, Florida. Major Duties: - This is an OPEN CONTINUOUS ANNOUNCEMENT. Eligible applicants will be referred until all vacancies are filled. This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan payment reimbursement program. You must meet specific individual eligibility requirements in accordance with VHA policy and submit your EDRP application within four months of appointment. Program Approval, award amount (up to $200,000) and eligibility period (one to five years) are determined by the VHA Education Loan Repayment Services program office after complete review of the EDRP application. Read reports and record results for review by physicians. Perform Fluoroscopic exams or CT guided procedures as required. Oversee the administration of contrast media to ensure that all required protocols are within Service/Medical Center guidelines. Involved with teaching of the USF Residents whom most have academic appointments. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am- 4:30pm
