The university has established collaborations with 575+ leading institutions across 80 countries, fostering a rich international learning environment within the Indian higher education landscape **Primary Work Location:** University Campus, Sonipat (NCR of Delhi) **Key Responsibilities:** * Identify and develop corporate partnerships to facilitate student placements and internship opportunities. * Build and strengthen relationships with companies and recruiters to enhance campus hiring initiatives at JGU. * Maintain and regularly update placement and internship data for the assigned School with accuracy and consistency. * Cultivate relationships with industry professionals to support guest lectures, industry interactions, and career engagement activities. * Track, monitor, and analyze placement and internship outcomes, including job offers and hiring trends. * Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation related to placement and internship activities. * Collaborate with faculty and students to design and implement placement and career development initiatives. * Communicate effectively with students regarding opportunities, updates, and activities organized by the Office of Career Services (OCS). **Qualifications and Skills:** * Masters degree from a recognized institution. * Minimum 3+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in placements, corporate relations, or talent acquisition. * Strong understanding of industry trends, hiring practices, and employer expectations. * Excellent networking, interpersonal, and communication skills. * Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with corporate partners and industry stakeholders. * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and data management capabilities. * Proactive, student-centric mindset with the ability to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
