In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing goods and services, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials and services that support business operations. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic procurement initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive operational efficiency across the supply chain. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, supplier selection, bidding, negotiation, contracting, and purchase order management. * Identify and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, cost competitiveness, and reliable service delivery. * Negotiate pricing, terms, conditions, and service agreements to achieve optimal business outcomes. * Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions when necessary. * Support procurement activities for both direct and indirect materials and services. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure procurement solutions align with organizational goals. * Maintain procurement records, contracts, and vendor documentation in accordance with company policies. * Analyze spending trends, supplier performance, and procurement data to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. * Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. * Contribute to procurement projects, process enhancements, and strategic sourcing initiatives. **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Engineering, Finance, or a related field. * Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, supply chain, or related functions. * Solid understanding of procurement principles, supplier management, and contract administration. * Experience with supplier evaluation, sourcing strategies, and commercial negotiations. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and procurement or ERP systems. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, or operational environments. * Knowledge of inventory management, supply planning, logistics, or supply chain operations. * Professional certification in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Purchasing is an advantage. **What You'll Bring** * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Sound business judgment and commercial awareness. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Collaborative mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders and build strong supplier relationships. **Why Join Us?** * Opportunity to work on impactful procurement and supply chain initiatives. * Exposure to cross-functional and strategic business projects. * Collaborative and professional work environment. * Career growth and development opportunities.
