Job Summary ----------- ### To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Planner Scheduler located in Guadalajara, North Campus. ### Reporting to the Production Planning Manager, Planner Scheduler role involves supporting materials and production functions. ### **What a typical day looks like:** * ### Checking the possibility of the order fulfillment based on the available resources (materials, employees, equipment’s etc.), confirmation of the order. * ### Preparation of production plans, input of planning data into the integrated computer system of the company, notification of the purchasing group. * ### Monitoring, control of implementation of plans, starting necessary actions in case of deviations * ### Preparation of long-term plans, forecasts (MPS, Forecast). * ### Monitoring of system accuracy in daily/weekly bases /General Item data, routing, BOM, CFT data /non-consumed demand, planned WO's. * ### Preparing of Clean to build reports, checking the material availability, replanning if necessary, informing of order desk, ECO implementation tracing. * ### Monitoring of stock level, handling of stock differences. * ### Preparing management and CFT specificized reports, monitoring of KPI's. * ### Giving assistance, replacement in certain cases to SCM and Order desk within the CFT. * ### Advises non-exempt associates regarding day-to-day priority of customer requests. * ### Monitors and proactively addresses issues that impact performance to committed ship date (CSD), lead-time, response time, and inventory goals. * ### Coordinates and manages high-visibility and/or important customer programs.  * ### May include initial customer or product startup initiatives or large customer programs. * ### Coordinates with Master Scheduler to manage product life cycle and related materials availability issues. * ### Drives process improvements inside and outside the area of Order Management. * ### Provides input to management, reschedules, and /or interfaces with customer program management, master scheduling, customers, and production control to reschedule production in the event of design changes, labor and material shortages, backlogs, and other potential schedule interruptions. * ### Represents Order Management on various Customer Focus Teams. * ### May also help inventory control, supply chain management, material planning, and scheduling. ### **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * ### Previous experience as Planner. * ### Previous experience in the electronics industry. * ### Experience in production floor. * ### Production control knowledge. * ### Follow-up of the production plan. * ### Baan knowledge (ERP) is also a plus. ### **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:** * ### Competitive Salary. * ### Life & Medical insurance. * ### Christmas Bonus. * ### Food Coupons. * ### Saving Fund. ### PA9 Job Category ------------ Global Procurement & Supply Chain Required Skills: Optional Skills: Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
