Job Summary ----------- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Planner Scheduler** located in **Juarez Automotive.** Reporting to the **Director,** **Materials**, the **Planner Scheduler’s** role involves: **What a typical day looks like:** * Leads order processing activities for major customer units. * Advises non-exempt associates regarding day-to-day priority of customer requests. * Serves as advanced interface with customers for escalations of order commitments, order expedites, and problem resolution. * Monitors and proactively addresses issues that impact performance to committed ship date (CSD), lead-time, response time, and inventory goals. * Coordinates and manages high-visibility and/or important customer programs.  May include initial customer or product startup initiatives or large customer programs. * Coordinates with Master Scheduler to manage product life cycle and related materials availability issues. * Drives process improvements inside and outside the area of Order Management. * Creation of production plans based on customer demand and production line capacity. * Negotiation and/or problem-solving in collaboration with engineering and operations departments. * Review of coverage to avoid impacts on the customer. * Review of inventory levels and coordination of engineering changes to prevent excess material or obsolescence. **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * Advanced English. * Bachelor’s degree. * Plans, schedules, coordinates and approves product release to the production planning systems based on material and capacity availability. * Provides input to management, reschedules, and /or interfaces with customer program management, master scheduling, customers and production control to reschedule production in the event of design changes, labor and material shortages, backlogs, and other potential schedule interruptions. * Represents Order Management on various Customer Focus Teams. * May also support inventory control, supply chain management, material planning, and scheduling. **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:** * Pantry vouchers * Saving Fund * Christmas bonus * Holiday bonus * Medical Insurance * Life Insurance ### EM57 Job Category ------------ Global Procurement & Supply Chain Required Skills: Optional Skills: Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
