Craftzing is looking for a Planning & Operations Specialist who gets energy from bringing structure, visibility, and operational calm to a fast-moving environment. Someone who does not just execute, but thinks along about how processes can improve and what a team needs to function well. As a Planning & Operations Specialist, you help keep projects, people, and planning aligned behind the scenes. You work closely with project managers, client leads, delivery teams, finance, and leadership to make sure projects are properly staffed, priorities stay clear, and operational follow-up remains accurate and predictable.
