Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** * Overseeing daily plant operations to ensure production efficiency and quality. * Leading and developing a team of plant employees to achieve company goals. * Implementing and maintaining safety and environmental compliance programs. * Managing budgets, cost control, and optimizing resource allocation. * Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance. **What Are We Looking For** * Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team. * Strong problem-solving capabilities and decision-making skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. * Solid understanding of safety and regulatory requirements in the industry. **Work Environment** The work environment is a combination of office and plant settings.
