**Job Title** Plant WD Manufacturing Associate - Dalton, GA **Position Overview** **Position Overview:** Shaw Industries is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to join our manufacturing team.   We are hiring for multiple positions within our manufacturing facility, including: * **Production Associate** * **Creeler** * **Creeler Operator** * **Utility Relief**  * **Lift Truck Operator (LTO)** * **Machine Operator** **Shift 3** Sunday - Thursday 11:00pm-7:00am Shaw Industries will provide training to help you develop your skills and grow within the company. Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred but not required. **Key Responsibilities** Depending on the assigned department and role, your duties may include: * Each role has different lifting, reach, and physical movement requirements.
