研華歡迎熱情的產品經理，負責Micro-ATX & Mini-ITX 主機板，涵蓋產品生命週期全程管理、產品功能規格定義及擴展產品線業務。此職位將向產品部門經理匯報，主要工作包括透過X86/ARM的技術應用 ，定義Micro-ATX & Mini-ITX 主機板主機板產品規格和新技術，負責產品開發、進度、成本及資源管理，進行跨部門溝通協作，新產品發布及市場推廣計劃，進行市場研究和競爭分析，並與全球銷售團隊合作推動業務增長，制定產品規格和市場產品策略。此外，還需專注於AI加速及NPU技術的應用與整合，利用AI加速技術顯著提升運算效率，並將神經處理單元（NPU）融入產品中，實現先進的人工智慧功能，為客戶提供卓越的性能體驗。 **Job Responsibilities** **Define Product Specifications and New Technologies**: Apply Intel, AMD, and Qualcomm platform to define Micro-ATX & Mini-ITX motherboard specifications and new technologies. **Manage Product Development**: Oversee product development, scheduling, cost, and resource allocation. **Cross-Department Collaboration**: Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments. **Product Launch and Market Strategy**: Announce new products and develop go-to-market plans. **Market Research and Competitive Analysis**: Conduct market research and competitive analysis. **Business Growth**: Collaborate with the global sales team to drive business growth. **AI Acceleration and NPU Integration**: Focus on AI acceleration and NPU technology integration to enhance computational efficiency and advanced AI capabilities. **Must Conditions** **Experience**: At least 2 years of experience in X86 product management. **Knowledge**: Familiarity with IPC and the embedded market. **Communication Skills**: Strong cross-department communication skills for effective teamwork. **Strategic Thinking**: Ability to strategically manage the product line business. **Time Management**: Effective time management skills. **Plus Conditions** **Advanced Technology Integration**: Experience with AI acceleration and NPU technology. **Global Market Experience**: Previous experience working with a global sales team.
