As **Product Manager (all genders) – IoT Platform**, you will own a critical part of our foundation: the cloud- and web-based platform capabilities behind our connected hardware fleet. Your work will sit at the intersection of **internal tooling, event-driven platform logic, and operational scalability**. You will work closely with a wide range of stakeholders, especially **System Performance, Customer Success, Technical Implementation, Installations** and other **Product & Engineering teams**. **What to expect** ------------------ * **Ownership:** Own a strategic part of our IoT platform end to end - from discovery and prioritization to delivery and continuous improvement * **Strategy:** Define and drive the product strategy for operational tooling across configuration, rollout, monitoring, and fleet operations * **User focus:** Understand pain points of internal users across Operations teams and translate them into scalable product improvements * **Platform capabilities:** Own event-driven services such as parking space occupancy and other device-derived platform capabilities * **Scalability:** Ensure platform logic is reliable, observable, and scalable for increasingly complex and business-critical use cases * **Collaboration:** Partner closely with Engineering and align across Operations, Product, and leadership to balance technical constraints, user needs, and business priorities **Inspire us by** ----------------- * **Product experience:** 3–5 years owning complex software or platform products end-to-end (problem definition to delivery and iteration) * **Technical understanding:** Comfortable with backend, cloud, and system architecture topics; able to discuss trade-offs with engineers * **Stakeholder & data skills:** Strong in aligning cross-functional teams and making product decisions based on data, monitoring, and user feedback * **Relevant background:** Experience in platform, SaaS, infrastructure, operational, IoT, or hardware-adjacent environments (incl. internal tools) * **Architecture knowledge:** Familiar with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and technologies like Kafka and MQTT * **Language:** Fluent in English (C1+), German is a plus **What we offer** ----------------- * **Flexibility & Responsibility:** Your workday, your performance – Our hybrid model empowers you to focus from home, get fresh perspectives during workation, and connect in person during our Anchor Days (Tuesday to Thursday) * **Tailored Mobility:** Full speed ahead – Whether it’s sustainable bike leasing or a public transport subsidy, we keep you flexible and on the move * **Ownership & Autonomy:** Your impact, your results – Take full ownership of your area and your KPIs * **Team Culture & Networking:** Real connections – also beyond the day-to-day.
