Driving the New Product Introduction (NPI), you’ll embed AI to deliver real-time data insights, predictive maintenance, and personalized experiences. Join us in shaping a smarter, connected world, where technology makes everyday life more efficient and seamless. **Job Responsibilities:** * Drive market innovation by gathering and analyzing emerging industry trends to define target markets, cutting-edge product specifications, and impactful Go-to-Market strategies. * Develop and execute high-impact marketing plans for new products, collaborating with regional sales teams to boost product visibility and capture market share. * Lead the end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) process, ensuring timely product launches by managing timelines and proactively resolving challenges during R&D and pilot production. * Facilitate smooth cross-departmental collaboration, ensuring alignment and efficiency to meet key project milestones. * Manage and track new product sample requests, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery. * Perform detailed cost analysis and profit forecasting, while fostering strong supplier relationships to achieve continuous cost optimization and product profitability. **Required Skills & Qualifications:** * 3+ years of proven experience in Product Management, with PMP certification considered an advantage. * Proficiency in tools such as SAP, PLA, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a track record of effective cross-functional collaboration.
