PM Zeiss Collaborative Care

**Your Role** * Define, drive, and lifecycle-manage ZEISS Collaborative Care within the ZEISS Medical Ecosystem. * Translate customer needs and market insights into scalable digital solutions; collaborate with customers, Sectors, R&D, UX, and partners. * Lead vision through development, launch, adoption, and optimization; ensure alignment with strategic objectives and ecosystem vision. * Prioritize backlog with Product Owners/architects; drive delivery, adoption, and measurable value (KPIs). * Lead product launches and market introduction; ensure interoperability with ZEISS platforms/partner solutions and support go-to-market activities. **Your Profile** * University degree in Business Administration, Medical Technology, Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, Advanced degree preferred (MBA, PhD, or equivalent) * At least 3–5 years in Product Management/Digital Health/MedTech; full lifecycle experience. * Experience in international, cross-functional matrix organizations; proficient in agile methodologies. * Strong understanding of digital health solutions, healthcare workflows, software products, and platform ecosystems; customer-centric mindset. * Familiarity with healthcare regulations, interoperability standards, and digital ecosystem strategies; excellent stakeholder management. * Data-driven with KPI/business case experience and strong analytical/strategic thinking. * Fluent business English; willingness to travel 25–30%.
