PMO Analyst
**Company:**

An exciting opportunity has become available to work on the Digital business unit within Boeing Defence UK.
The role is for a Project Management Office (PMO) Analyst. It requires a highly organised and detailed individual with strong project administration, co-ordination skills and sound customer knowledge to create an environment of consistently well-managed projects.
Previous or current experience of working within IT or the MOD supply chain programmes is desirable but relevant experience with other Government Departments may be acceptable.
**Position Responsibilities:**
* **Governance & Administration:** Coordinate, facilitate, and administer key project and programme governance meetings in strict compliance with internal policies.
* **Tracking & Reporting:** Maintain up-to-date project documentation, dashboards, and action trackers; prepare high-quality delivery status reports.
* **Triage & Communication:** Monitor the shared team mailbox, efficiently resolving requests and managing stakeholder communications to ensure deadlines are met.
* **Problem Solving:** Resolve moderate-scope operational issues independently by referencing established procedures and guidelines.

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):**
* The ability to gain UK Security Clearance
* Proven experience in project administration, coordination, and tracking.
* Exceptional organisational skills with a sharp eye for data accuracy and detail.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to problem-solve and prioritise tasks effectively to meet team goals.
**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):**
* Previous or current experience working within the **IT sector**.
* Direct experience with **Ministry of Defence (MOD) supply chain programmes** or other UK Government Departments.
