For more information, visit www.gf.com. **Introduction** As a PMTS for Systems Architect, Analog ASSP, you will serve as the technical leader and chief architect for strategic Analog ASSP product families. You will define long-term product and technology strategy, drive system architecture decisions across multiple product generations, and lead cross-functional engineering teams in developing differentiated semiconductor solutions. This role requires deep expertise in analog and mixed-signal system architecture, strong customer and market engagement, and the ability to influence technical direction across business units, development sites, and external ecosystems. You will act as a recognized authority within the company, shaping product roadmaps and advancing GF's Analog ASSP portfolio through technical innovation and thought leadership. **Key Responsibilities** * Define and drive long-term product and technology roadmaps for Analog ASSP solutions. * Lead system architecture development for PMICs, motor drivers, protection and batteries management. * Own system-level tradeoffs across performance, power, cost, reliability, manufacturability, and functional safety. * Lead cross-functional teams across design, validation, product engineering, manufacturing, and applications. * Drive product differentiation through innovation, competitive benchmarking, and technology assessments. * Act as senior technical interface for strategic customers and partners. * Mentor engineers and influence technical direction across sites and organizations. **Required Qualifications** * M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or related field. * 10+ years of relevant semiconductor industry experience. * Track record of leading complex product developments and driving business impact through technical innovation. * Expert knowledge of analog and mixed-signal semiconductor systems. * Strong background in power management, sensing, signal conditioning, and data conversion. * Technology roadmap development and strategic product definition. * Proven technical leadership of complex cross-functional programs. * Customer-facing architecture leadership and executive-level communication. * Demonstrated innovation, IP generation, and influence without authority. * Fluent in English; German proficiency is preferred.
