New product project / business development** * Part of the NPI / Business Development team, being responsible for driving business development, licensing, acquisition projects across APAC countries * To create a comprehensive picture of the market/product opportunity.  Develops strategies from market and medical/clinical data (trends, unmet therapy needs) and clinical profile/indications/patents of product, develops a SWOT analysis, forecast short and long-term market development and product potential.  * Project management – manage and execute new product projects,  including product assessment, business case development and proposal, cross-function coordination, partner evaluation and negotiation, due diligence, and support contracting works **2\. Market research** * To develop, recommend, create, and review market research solutions through quantitative and qualitative research, and local initiatives. * To construct future markets for New Business Development and pipeline products through compilation of data. * Partnership with Marketing Team to develop situational analysis for business case development. * To expand company awareness of business opportunities in line with Company’s strategic goals **3\. Others** * To ensure team activities to comply with Company Business Code of Conduct and all local applicable laws within scope of function responsibility. * Special projects as directed & assigned by Associate Head of BD **MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED** **Work Experience:** * Experience in either business development, project management in regards of new product licensing and acquisition, or sales & marketing in the **pharmaceutical segment** with at least 5 years at MNC. * Have good knowledge & experience in market research. Deep understanding macro market environment. * B2B experience is an advantage **Core Skill Requirement:** **1\.
