Redwood Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented Post Closing Coordinator I to support our lending departments by managing post-closing documentation, member inquiries, and administrative tasks. This role ensures smooth operations and compliance across mortgage, consumer, and business loan processes.   Key Responsibilities Administrative Support: o   Sort and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and interoffice memos o Set up and scan loan files for electronic imaging o Print and mail mortgage disclosures per regulatory timelines o Process incoming loan documents and checks for payoffs o Maintain organized loan files and vault records o Schedule delivery/pickup of loan packages o Prepare and submit quality control audit files o Manage office supplies and storage logs o Process re-conveyances and demand statements Member & Team Support: o Safeguard sensitive member information o Research and resolve basic post-closing inquiries o Answer calls and direct to appropriate team members o Represent RCU professionally in all interactions   Join us and discover why you'll love working at Redwood Credit Union!   ABOUT REDWOOD CREDIT UNION (RCU): At Redwood Credit Union, our mission is to passionately serve the best interests of our Members and communities. The ideal candidate has a combination of education and experience equivalent to a high school diploma and a minimum of one year of experience in the lending industry or related field.   Compensation: Base starting range: $23.00 to $29.00 per hour commensurate with experience. Our base salary starting range is based on scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, and internal peer equity.
