The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining PowerBI reports and dashboards that support business decision-making. This role requires strong collaboration with business stakeholders and PowerApp development teams, and a deep understanding of data visualization standards such as IBCS. Your Responsibilities: ---------------------- * Work with business stakeholders to capture requirements * Align with PowerApp development teams on data structures and integrations * Implement PowerBI reports based on requirements in line with Accelleron reporting standard (based on IBCS) * Document solutions * Hand over PowerBI reports to business owners for maintenance * Support business power users in building and maintaining PowerBI reports * Maintain reports in line with our governance processes Your Background: ---------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field * Proven experience in PowerBI development and report creation * Strong understanding of data visualization principles and IBCS standards * Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams * Experience with data modeling, manipulation, and analytics * Knowledge of SQL, DAX, and other relevant programming languages is a plus **Your benefits:** * Flexible Work Hours * Hybrid working model (Mon & Fri WFH) * Medical Insurance * Parental leave Policy * On-site crèche facility * Annual Health Check-up * Employee Assistance Program **We look forward to receiving your application.
