Practice Lead

**Czym będziesz się zajmować?** What you’ll do * Accelerate adoption of standard CI/CD pipelines and deployment services across CTO portfolios. * Create engineering standards, best practices, guardrails and governance processes for GCIO initiatives. * Enable teams through playbooks, training, office hours, templates and reference implementations. * Provide dashboards for release frequency, LTTD, pipeline health and quality signals. * Deliver automation and AI-enabled engineering capabilities to improve productivity and consistency. * Collaborate with CTO, platform engineering, QA, architecture, risk and delivery leaders.
