Principal Full Stack Java Engineer

Job Description: ---------------- **Note: Fidelity will not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.** The **Personalization (PZN) Platform** within Fidelity Brokerage is seeking a **Principal Full Stack Engineer** to lead the design and delivery of next-generation platform capabilities. You will provide Technical leadership across **frontend, backend, and cloud**, driving scalable, reusable solutions and modernization initiatives aligned with enterprise standards. Our team operates in a **fast-paced Agile environment**, partnering closely with architecture, product, and operations teams, as well as upstream and downstream systems, to deliver **resilient and extensible solutions**. Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues.
