Principal Product Engineer

**At Cadence, we hire and develop leaders and innovators who want to make an impact on the world of technology.** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ### Position Description * ### Develop the flow with Cadence tools to from advanced process technologies to provide benefit to the customer * ### Collaborate with R&D and Foundry to deliver high quality Cadence tools to mutual customers. * ### Align with R&D, Marketing to set business goal, strategy, plan & priority. * ### Ability to analyze, communicate and lead resolution of complex technical issues for customers and team members. * ### Proactively seeks more information to address issues/problems. Understands how and where to obtain and utilize resources effectively to resolve issues and problems. ### Position Requirements * ### Possesses good working knowledge of Cell-based flow * ### Possesses IR-Drop/EM/APR/Full layout experience would be a plus * ### Experience in using Cadence Digital Design signoff tools such as Voltus and Quantus is much preferred * ### Good command of both oral and written English is required * ### A good team player and be customer focused **We’re doing work that matters.
