In recognition of such international strength, the renowned international rating agency Standard and Poor’s has assigned Huatai International a “BBB+” rating (for long term) and “A-2” (for short-term). _**Job Description:**_ * Conduct in-depth sector research, grasp industry fundamentals and development trends, and identify potential investment opportunities. * Conduct the execution of investment projects, including financial and commercial due diligence, financial modelling, and formulate independent investment judgments. * Assist in drafting investment committee memos and relevant working papers. * Take part in post-investment management, and monitor the operation of portfolio companies. _**Qualification:**_ * Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field. * Demonstrate profound insight into the consumer sector, master industry research methodologies, and deliver independent professional judgments. * 3+ years of investment, investment banking or research experience; candidates with practical working experience in consumer enterprises are preferred. * Excellent communication skills, fast learning skills, critical thinking, and ability to perform under pressure.
