In recognition of such international strength, the renowned international rating agency Standard and Poor’s has assigned Huatai International a “BBB+” rating (for long term) and “A-2” (for short-term). **Job Description:** * Business developing includes the clients' pitching and the preparation of ESOP proposal materials for prospective clients. * Being the primary contact point for ESOP clients, providing customer support in the use of the ESOP system and participating in the continuing enhancement of the system. * Working closely with compliance, operation, IT and other internal teams, ensuring in-time and compliant internal execution for both new clients' onboarding tasks, and existing clients' long-term maintenance. * Coordinating with bankers, RMs, lawyers and other related professional parties in the provision of ESOP services. * Handling any ad hoc duties as assigned **Qualification:** * Master’s degree in finance related discipline. * At least 6 years related working experience . * Excellent customer services and communication skills. * Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Power Point.
