Pro House Manager

**Job Description** =================== _**\*\*This is a continuous recruitment position and is** **part-time, non-benefited\*\***_ **Pro** **House Manager** oversees the safety and security of 600 patrons before, during, and after performances in the Modlin Center venues. The Pro House Manager supervises all front-of-house staffing and operations for Modlin Center events. The Pro House Manager is the primary point of communication between various Modlin Center staff members at events. **Required Qualifications:** * Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills * Crisis management skills * Excellent organizational skills * Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously **Preferred Qualifications:** * A retail or service background is helpful * Ability to use a Motorola two-way communication device * Ability to use email, shared drives, and electronic filing systems * Ability to use a Macintosh computer and Microsoft Office Suite for Macintosh **EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:** * High school diploma or educational equivalent * Minimum two years of professional experience in house management * Retail experience or experience working with the public **WORK HOURS:** This is a casual part-time position that works as needed. Primarily evening and weekend hours, with the flexibility required depending on the production schedule, as needed **SALARY STRUCTURE:** Hourly rate range $18 - $20
